I purchased an LG dishwasher in 2006 and have nothing but problems since 2/2007 repeated wire and control panel (wiring caught fire insulation and section of wire was burnt) the latest repair was for a leaking seal that was fixed but dishwasher is still leaking and repair guy says UNFIXABLE..warranty and LG won't replace it Even though my contract says if it's unfixable they will replace it. I keep getting the run around from both warranty and LG Companys..Voycott all LG PRODUCTS

I like the looks of the dishwasher because of the controls are on top of the door and not on the face, but I would think the steam would get into the electronics over time....... IDK.....
