That just sounds like a last minute desperate act. no one would abide by a new internet we don't even understand the one we got. they will fuck themselves up with that there is no telling who would be able to control that and plus that would take years to changeover.

I would think their "foundation on which they stand" is that they got the power and money and think they can do what they want. After all, look at how many of the bill of rights have been tossed out. I honestly doubt the 'powers that be' care about any level of law.
-
davidproper, the laws that they change are only the Statutes, Acts, Codes and their Policy.
They cannot change the common law. The people have unalienable rights at common law that preceded the creation of the State as formed through Constitution or Charter.
The United States of America was created by Constitution, - a Trust Indenture at common law.
If they deny common law amongst the People, they undermine the foundation on which they stand.
-
The problem is, it's based on law. You think they can't just change the laws to their benefit? What about a full declaration of martial law? Rights like that go away in the interest of "Public Safety" and "National Security". I mean heaven's forbid, terrorist use ad hoc networks to trade target information! They must be eradicated for the public good!
Laws haven't stopped these tyrants from doing what they wanted in the past. I doubt it will in the future.

I gotta laugh... at the bottom of this video page... "Try youtube in a fast new web browser! Google Chrome"!!!

If you have a lawful Notice and Claim of Right, then it has already been seen to be upheld by the courts ("courts of record" - courts proceeding according to the common law).
There are some good success in the States, Australia and on the British Isles establishing your standing and your unalienable rights with a Claim of Right.
Check out Bill Thornton's material for success in California for a couple of examples on: 1215 org

You're assuming they care about law though.

The bandwidth that 802.11 uses is already reserve for use by the People. The FCC have no foot to stand on to shut down MANETs and WMNs, especially if the people running them establish by Notice a Claim of Right at common law to run their own network.
Simply give notice and grace with a "Claim of Right" that the people will run their own Mobile Ad hoc Network / Wireless Mesh Network and establish that right in estoppel as an unalienable right of the People.
Then it is lawful at common law.

Soon this whole mess is gonna be right up in everyone's face soon but even then there will be people who seem to have no clue even as they board the trains. I need to take a rest, get back up and look at this problem really hard. Seizure of a high precision communications system is like sending you position directly to enemy headquarters. /see, this is the kind of cat and mouse game that the NWO feed on. It's a game them, albeit a serious one.

@RascalCoyote - While I understand that Alex Jone's near term solution consists of selling more copies of his T-Shirts and DVD's :)......... He is also shown to be soley concerned about this matter as it relates to his operation. WELL, yes , lsoing his operation would sure put a major hurt on us. Believe me, It's gonna go down and with a splat. Therefore we need to utilize the heck out of it while we still can and configure an alternative method of reliable and easily accessible communications
I don't think people realize the severity of this issue. Our country is turning into a Fascist state!
