Saturday, 18th October 2008 -A lot of the station building frame work has now been constructed as well as electrical systems. Work on themeing should commence soon.

The first ever horror film themed rollercoaster, SAW - The Ride will become the scariest ride in the world, testing the nerve of all who dare ride it and placing you at the mercy of the films protagonist Jigsaw.

COSTER INFO:
Type - Euro-Fighter (similar to Speed at Oakwood)

Features - A 100ft and 100º beyond vertical drop

Inversions - 3 (Zero-G Roll, Immelmann Loop, Dive Loop)

Theming - Horror based, in and around an Old Sawmill

Manufacture - The legendary German specialist Gerstlauer

Design - British designer John Wardley is involved

Location - Constructed on it's own island in Canada Creek

Opening - The ride is due to open in the Spring of 2009 (14th march)

it's great... i loved it i was so scared lining up for it.. getting hit by a air gun haha! that was so funny.. my friends had already been on it and they knew that that air gun would shoot.. and when it shot i screamed so loud haahaha.. and they were laughing their heads off! but it was great.. i nearly said no i can't go ot but i did and i'm glad i did :D

been on this ride, from a 1st time experience i will tell u its the best ride i have ever been on. im 13 and i thought it was gonna b scary but it wernt. the que is entertainin aswell

The drop looks small but its really high it only shows half of the drop because it goes lower-its the steepest drop on a rollar coaster in the world (i think) I have been on it myself and it has been more than three weeks and my neck still hurts from the drop!

It was AMAZING!

its 100ft high that saw coaster and it has an 100degree drop oblivion is smaller cos the lift hill to oblivion is 65ft but the drop to oblivion is 180ft so its taller than saw but the lift to olivion is smaller

nah ive been on both, the stealth drop is muchhhhhhh higher and feels higher.

saw = 100ft

stealth = 200 ft

the main difference is the speed, on saw u travel up it slowly which i though was actually scarier than travelling fast!
