  • im 14 and ive had sciatica for almost a year now and yesterday it got worse, now it just doesnt hurt in my leg it hurts on my back too. I didnt even know what that pain was for those many months until this back pain, and i did research. i need help.

  • @Adri27Ang It sounds like you need to see an orthopedic specialist, now! Many young people who experience pain radiating down the back of the leg have lower back problems. One of the most common is spondylolysis with or without spondylolisthesis. I am NOT offering a diagnosis and I am NOT a medical practitioner. My doctoral research focused on the age-progressive phenomena affecting the spine and sacroiliac & having had 14 major spine operations, I can speak from that perspective too! Good luck!

  • @JohnZajaros wow its been 3 weeks. i got an mri and they diagnosed me with a herniated disc. they said surgery is the only option for me now and im having microdiscectomy surgery on L4/L5 i think. im pretty scared.. im only 14!! ahh someone tell me theres another option!! i saw the video and how itll look afterwards which made me even more scared. any advice.

  • I'm only 23 and I have been having problems with my sciatica for at least 10 years. Mine comes and goes. But lately it's been pretty bad. Hopefully these exercises will help me out some.
