I'm only 23 and I have been having problems with my sciatica for at least 10 years. Mine comes and goes. But lately it's been pretty bad. Hopefully these exercises will help me out some.

@Adri27Ang It sounds like you need to see an orthopedic specialist, now! Many young people who experience pain radiating down the back of the leg have lower back problems. One of the most common is spondylolysis with or without spondylolisthesis. I am NOT offering a diagnosis and I am NOT a medical practitioner. My doctoral research focused on the age-progressive phenomena affecting the spine and sacroiliac & having had 14 major spine operations, I can speak from that perspective too! Good luck!
