Fish deheading and gutting machine made by PERUZA (6.version)

During tests stable performance up to 900 fish per minute was reached that gives capacity of 800-1000 kg processed fish per hour. Test results using Baltic raw fish are shown in the attached report in PDF format.

Tests performed with different fish revealed also that the PERUZA machine is not simply plug-and-play for any kind and size of fish. Different species from different seas behaved differently, size and shape does matter, and so do conditions and regimes of storage and transporting before fish come into deheading and gutting line. It is also to stress that deheading and gutting line requires fish to be graded before for line adjustment.
