Hey Victory is it wrong to take 20k from your equity, refinance at a fixed low rate and payoff Credit Card of 20k at 22% interest?? I think that's pretty smart.

@Ellipsis10 As long as your intent is to focus on debt reduction. But most won't, they will just turn the credit card debt into a low fixed 30 year loan that will one day get refinanced again into another 30 year loan.

@TVFOGGED People should be FREE, freedom includes being able to sell things that you own. The reason the stock market is so screwy is because of inflation, if you don't invest your money your basically slowely handing it over to the government. If we had honest money the stock market wouldn't be so crazy, there would probably still be some short selling but not as much.

@Ellipsis10 Rolling debt into your house exposes you to losing the house even more. If they dry up the printing press the money will become scarce, you will not have enough to pay the house and will lose it. All housing is ultimately backed (90+%) by the gov so they end up owning it in the end. And before you know it your living in a feudal system again where we are all serfs living like slaves to support the elite holding the reins of government. It's all fraud don't get mixed with them.

This country will never really turn around until all the troops come home. Too much money is being sent over sea's. I hate the stock market also I think if you invest in an company there should be no short selling and you have to hold that stock for at least 6 months to an year. American greed is not the country I want to live in. As for gold and silver they are an good thing to hold on to if u have the extra cash to put away kinda like an savings account since they don't pay shit nowadays.
