Kingdom Come written by Tom Verlaine and taken from Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps), released September 1980. An extraordinary vocal performance combined with pseudo-spiritual lyrics makes for a great track. Most of the photos are from the 1980s.

  • @racyweb What doesn't kill me makes me stranger.

  • In this Verlaine's song Bowie shows why he is one of the most original voices in rock music. Brilliant!

  • Je suis à toi ... TOTALEMENT !!!

  • "Sun keeps beating down on me, wall's a mile high" great vocals best performance.

  • yes you're right some people are monsters! but they are not very often born that way there must be reasons .. I can imagine that being in prison makes you incredibly strong mentally in order to stay sane.. what doesn't kill you makes you stronger as they say..

  • @racyweb well, only with some guys..alot of them are monsters, you cant let them out. But like I said, some of them are regular guys who ran into the wrong guys in wrong place and the wrong time..one thing leads to another and then a faulty system gets invlolved and makes everything worse for everyone. In prison you learn "spiritual endurance" you learn how important "willpower" really is.

  • yeah it's a very emotional song..I wish you a happy future my friend.. thanks for sharing
