Skip at Euryale's Temple for speedrun.

Points of Interest:

1. You can get swimming glitch very easily and very quickly by jumping out-of bounds from on top of the blue barrier. With this, you can skip the "crank guy" cutscene, the elevator puzzle, the roof blades puzzle and the room that crushes you, you skip Euryale and then everything all the way to Atlas (as long as you know all the correct loading triggers and the method of how to get past the barrier at the top of the Destiny's Atrium sprial staircase..mildy difficult)

2. There is an important loading trigger inside the bottom of the second elevator.

3. It is quicker to stay out-of bounds after you skip Euryale, this way you avoid the cutscene that shows you the "pillar puzzle" and it's more direct to head straight for the passage before the dog crushing puzzle.

  • I don't understand how in the past we completely ignored the prospect of standing on top of invisible walls. P.S. I'm updating the GoW II glitch FAQ right now.

  • @AKheon It's true, I remember jumping off the chest and doing a dozen IJ charges to do this same glitch a while back. I've finally learnt to do the PR-Cancelling long jump, I've always wanted to learn this technique. So I'm gonna try a few things, including at the Atlas lift.

(FAQ): As always, looking forward to the next update.

  • @AKheon Have checked out the new GoWII glitch FAQ update. I always enjoy going through the whole thing and reading all the changes.

  • @findlestick

Do you think that there should be a bigger overhaul with the FAQ at some point?

  • @AKheon So far it seems to be coming along very well, there are still a few things to include here and there (but that's almost a never ending quest). At this stage I don't think it would need an overhaul, the layout is good and the information is accurate and concise with all the major important info in it...so far so good I'd say.

I'm enjoying having a read of it here and there while I'm on holidays at the moment, I can write up some suggestions (if any) at "the cove" if it will help?

  • Great work! So, is there any way to get this on Normal Play?

  • @romvaleri There is a slight chance that yes, as long as you can touch water out-of-bounds from two normal jumps. I'm yet to learn how far out the "water" extends to in this area.
