@jazzmasterjesus lmfao robbie along with slowhand, Garcia, hendrix are the original guitar players that made guitar what it is today if you where born back then you wouldn't know or play shit... this is one of the worst ideas on the internet. also you wouldn't have the talent on the guitar like you do now.

@bongrocker yeah, Levon has a totally unique drum style/sound. Great singer, too. It's just mind boggling the talent that was in The Band. I love the parts of the film where Levon is talking about music, he's just a natural in front of the camera, no show biz airs from Levon.

Robbie feels as bad about all this as anybody. The real culprit is Albert Grossman who manipulated things to get control of the publishing which is where all the money is in this ratty business.
