What a lovely rendition of an already beautiful song. My heart actually started to flutter when I was listening to this. I have to add, he has one of the most beautiful smiles I've ever seen (yes, I'm a bit of a fangirl...).
Oh, and gotta love that opening story! I love when he tells stories. ^_^

@kawaiitoboe wow. i feel the EXACT SAME WAY. it sucks when you hear your favorite artists and then you get sad b/c you haven't been to one of their concerts. happens to me allll the time.

Sufjan's voice makes me cry. His lyrics make me cry. His music makes me cry. The fact that I have never been to one of his concerts makes me cry. And if I ever get the chance to go to one, I'll probably cry then too.

Oh, I don't know. I never got to meet him. I was pretty young back then too. My sister wasn't really close friends with him. She was friends with some of the members of Marzuki, but nonetheless she hung out with him a couple times.
