  • @feelingfit Vegetarian 20 years. Currently I eat lots of black beans, eggs, corn, green veggies, and wheat grass.  Almonds too....I dig almonds :)

  • Nice , you have really longs arms

  • @scottps Long arms help but are not necessary. Patience and persistent consistent practice are what's necessary.

  • The guy is huge. I can't believe he's vegetarian and only practices yoga - he looks like he lifts weights and eats red meat for breakfast lol

  • Thank you Jason for posting this. Being a Ashtanga Yoga teacher I would have to say that you give the best most indepth explainations on how to do this. If you ever make it to the North Oregon Coast you will always have a free pass to my Yoga studio.
