i know for me, they were at th epublic bathrooms, (i made a stop near the road filled with stalls) it was weird, and they wouldnt move, 5 of them died!

Yes! I've had late night since it first came out and it only started doing a similiar thing the other day! A whole crowd of sims go to plumbob pictures backlot for no reason. Some will leave but return later. =/

Try reseting all of them (LOT OF WORK BUT IT SHOULD WORK IF YOU GAME IS UPDATED.) If it's not..Then it keeps happening.
