1)Protesting without a permit. Which we were told repeatedly by them before the event that we did NOT need a permit.
2)Causing offensive or hazardous conditions.

I wouldn't say police state, I'd say the cops were on Scientology's payroll for this protest. I can't see another reason that would explain the fact that they did not line up for a riot on the February 10 protest.

We have the worst kind of cops here, the kind that pull black men over just for being black. They beat on people and are never really that nice to anyone, not even to rape vitims. Their policy is "tazer them and if that doesn't work, shoot them, don't bother with questions". The only police force in the nation that could be worse is the LAPD or the fictional Reno 911 sheriff's department. Even the ones who do their job well are still assholes to innocent bystandards, never met a nice cop here.
