Watch this video and learn how to delete a facebook account. Note this video was made in October 2011 and might not be the way to delete a facebook account in the future, as Facebook likes to changes things often. **NOTE This is a comment left on November 18th 2011 "You can actually delete it, but you have to stay off facebook for 14 days. Can you overcome the world's mightiest challenge, not facebooking?"** To official delete your account go to this link https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account

You will want to click on account settings in the top right hand corner and then click on security and then click on deactivate your account.

From there you want to click the option that best fits your situation for wanting to delete your account. Once this is done you will have to type in your password and then have to fill out a capcha.

After this your facebook account should be deleted.
