GOT ME GOING CRAZY (chapter 2)

(It is late at night on the tour bus. Kevin is the only one awake. He is lying in his bed, staring at the ceiling. He hears echoes in his head.)

Echoes: "She never was and never will be." "Shes just a dream" "OMG its the JoBros!"

Kevin: (Thinking) they just dont understand what its like! Shes real! She must be! Shes-

(A light breeze distracts him. He looks in the direction of that breeze. An angel shaped glowing figure is by the window. She slowly turns to stare back at him. He is mesmerized by her appearance. He steps out of bed and in slow motion walks to her, in a trance. He is about to take her hand and step out the door when someone grabs him from behind.*

Joe: Kev? What the hell were you...?

Kevin: I...um...*shuts door* was getting a drink! *Grabs glass from kitchen counter, fills with water and gulps down* ah! Hit the spot! Well, goodnight! *leaps back into his bed and pretends to sleep.*

*Joe goes over to Kevins bed.*

Joe: KevI say this because I care...GET HELP!

*Kevin turns over and props himself up on his elbow.*

Kevin: You dont think I WANT help? I need to find her!

*Joe flicks Kevin in the ear*

Kevin: What was that for?

Joe: For being an idiot!

Kevin: Well excuse me!

Joe: Moron!

Mrs. Jonas: *from her bed* Boys, go to sleep before I make you take this outside!

Joe: Mom, were moving at 50 mph!

Mrs. Jonas: Exactly.

*Joe groans and goes back to his bed. Kevin lies awake all night long. Finally, the alarm clock rings at about 8:00 am. Everyone gets up, except for Kevin. He just stares at the ceiling. Mrs. Jonas comes over to him*

Mrs. Jonas: Kevin, honey! Breakfast!

Kevin: *doesnt say anything*

Mrs. Jonas: Kev, are you feeling alright? *feels his forehead*

*Kevin lurches out of bed and joins his family at the breakfast table.*

Mr. Jonas: Well, boys! Your tour is over and were finally headed home!

Frankie: FINALLY!!!

*Frankie goes bouncing off the walls. The boys finish eating and keep themselves occupied for the next 4 hours; Nick is playing his keyboard, Joe is playing his guitar and Kevin is in La-La-Land. At last, the tour bus pulls up to the Jonas house. The boys rush off with their guitars in their hands. Kevin is in a daze, and he slips and falls when walking down the stairs.*

Joe: Whoa, you alright, bro?

Kevin: Im fine! Im ok! Im-

*he pauses as he sees a figure of a girl in the distance. He blinks, and its gone*
