Whenever I watch one of her videos, it always makes me smirk - I rarely see someone so unfulfilled by their job. I've got to hand it to her, she does a good job of gritting her teeth and trying to present herself well. Her wage must be decent, or she would have been gone long ago. She's probably suffering from date rape psychosis, from disgusting comments left on her videos! Hopefully she can move behind the scenes, or get a different job where she isn't regularly bombarded by loser comments.

Poor Esther, clearly her speaking ability isn't what got her the job of NCIX's PR person which is actually the opposite of what a PR person actual role or duty is. Esther definitely needs a speech coach or maybe use signs instead.
