Very informative. I had 1st colonic and it was just like this but more peaceful. NO PAIN! And you can insert your own speculum if you wish(it'a literally only the size of your index finger). Very good results on first try. Not much release, but my energy soared!

can you "overfill " i am having one done, maybe, because of constipation, due to nervous system problems 2 years ago, that slpwed down everyhitng, and I am worried I wont feel when its full cuase my nerves are like that, also can 15 year olds have it done??
