I dont get it, I am playing the headstart and the game runs really choppy and the graphics dont look like they look in this video. It looks like there's a bloom effect turned on. PLease elaborate!

there's no bloom in the game. Maybe you didn't put the graphics to high? Or even better put them to custom and put it all to top
