Me gusta la lectura que hizo del Monaco de esto, muy divertida, aunque en las partes muy rapidas se le va la diccion al diablo, para mi la mejor version que escuche sigue siendo la de Simon Keenlyside que es una joyita.

indudablemnete el enorme caudal vocal del Sr. DEL MONACO, está por encima de los demás interpretes, por lo que es sin lugar a dudas, el mejor Tenor Dramatico que ha dado Italia en el siglo XX.

Maybe you are right, who knows?... I wrote that because his gestures and vocalisation is unusual when we compare to his other performances. We know that he is genius/maddy type like Franco bonisolli. But his formation of the vowels is a little bit strange. drunk or not:) he is del Monaco!!!

del Monaco was a tenor and this is a baritone comic aria.
It is normal that he sings this in a strange way .
By the way, in the extreme notes of the range of the singer, the formation of the vowels is normally strange.
