Sunday after the O, I had a entire free day on my hands so I decided to get some footage. I had missed a couple days of the gym because of the Olympia expo, so I think I made some of those days up in here hitting a bunch of different body parts. You'll see Dexter Jackson about half way through getting some post-Olympia gym shots done. He looked awesome as usually and always having a good time! Dex is my boy!!!
