Writ of Possession Served While Still attempting Loan Modification

By http://www.RealEstateSmart.TV - I was served a summons for an unlawful detainer-eviction in May 2011

At unlawful detainer trail, I was given an additional 45 days to vacate my home without judgment (11-7-11) or face judgment and writ of possession. I did not sign or agree to any forfeit of litigation for wrongful foreclosure or a cash for keys offer. I was-am still appealing my rescission of sale request reinsatement

Later in Nov (11-18), after the end of the issue to vacate my home, Bank of America reopened my case after assistance from the Cali AG office and requested documentation and cash to be current documents and the were submitted and Bank of America approved the rescission and the request to restructure my loan via modification with funds to become current and sent the request to Fannie Mae for approval. They stated that would take another 10 days

Dec 28th, even though Fannie Mae and Bank of America publicly stated they will suspend evictions from Dec, 19th to Jan 2nd, I was served by Orange County Sheriff with a writ of possession notice.

I must vacate by Tue Jan 3rd. Because of the holiday, I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me. I am so lost and confused. Can I still fight? Any suggestions-thoughts-prayers for me?
