@EmBenSorum coffee makes mine handsshake, have a car sickness, go to the bathroom quiickly :D and my stomach is aching and i have a headache. ... Really not fun drug... Tea is not so bad as coffee.

Damn, that was dark. I think you could of let that shot run for another 10 to 15 seconds and been ok. But do what you enjoy.

I agree with the others, it looks great but it also looks like it's over-extracted.

If his machine has a preinfusion (as it probably does), 10seconds to come out is fine.

that looks absolutely delicious! I could watch this video all day! I'm actually salivating, and it's 3.5 hours before my work opens and I'll be able to go in and grap an espresso
