You don't know the difrenses??? In the Sims 3, you can make any sim that you can imagine, make houses more modern and cool, the really cool thing: Move your sim family into it's home, but you can also walk out of your house, walk into your neibhorhood and see other sim's houses and other sims, you can also ring the neibhors doorbell and make a visit ti him. Walk into downtown and explore the park, the gym, the graveyard, clubs and shops. EVERYTHING!
