Nazia Hasan along with her brother Zohaib Hasan topped the charts from early 80's all the way to late 80's not only in Pakistan but also in India. Thus became the 1st pop artists in the subcontinent with fans on the both sides of the border.
Call it Nazia's mesmerizing personality with her voice or Zohaib's brilliancy on music, both of them created 1 hit after another & rocked the entire subcontinent.
Nazia & Zohaib released their last album Camera Camera in early 90's. After that Nazia went on with her personal life. But that didn't turned out a good 1 & she suffered both mentally & physically.
Nazia Hasan passed away in 2000. With so many female singers in Pakistan today, no one & I mean NO ONE can or will replace Nazia Hasan. To millions of fans, she is still & will always be the Queen of Pop.

@lostsoul730 @nobudieh -would like to add that she was very intelligent too. A lawyer by profession, she worked in the UN and was also a successful pop singer FAR ahead of her times.

@lostsoul730 very few people are gifted with a lovely voice along with such captivating beauty. Also she was very genuine and did not aim to be a sex object like most good looking girls these days. She was a woman of grace and elegance.

@nobudieh - hey! .. guess, i've joined d club too ... my sis showed be one of her vids recently and since then i find myself searching for her on utube n google everytym i log on .. moreover, i've been thinking abt her a lot lately .. isn't she intensely inspiring! .. seems i am completely enamored by her grace and aura ... she's incredible .... so ahead of her times! ..now when i look at other celebs, 99% of them fall short of mark in my estimation.. i would have liked to meet Nazia.. God bles

@nobudieh : I am having exactly the same symptoms, word to word. I have changed just within 15 days, since when I started listening to her daily. Almost all blogs here are for her preys and for her rest in the peace. But one more thing I am experiencing - every night I burst into tears after watching her songs and reading the associated blogs. I have collected so many YouTube URLs which I listen again and again...My views are drastically changed now, with a mission in my mind.

@nobudieh : Friend its nice to hear from you these words and sentiments but really you have made me jealous.You know why, because till today i was thinking that i m the only one who is the huge huge fan of her ( or probably some other feeling i have for her).You know I m the one who even now gets up at 2 or 3 O clock mid night to listen to her.I m the one who talks only about her to all of his friends and much much more to share ......but dont know y.God bless her.

Hey, um... sorry to bother you people, but is it just me, or are there more any other people who search 'Nazia Hassan' on google or youtube DAILY, and who keep downloading her videos and audios from sooo many sites or through torrents, and who can hardly stop thinking or reading about her, and who have actually CHANGED a bit after getting to know about her (like a somewhat social-working person becoming more social-working)? wanted to make sure I'm not crazy, or in love with a dead singer.

Super good song and a splendid artist. We will always miss you Nazia. Thanks to her she opened the doors of Pakistani music in India and we Indians are definitely blessed to experience such a wonderful human being's melodies.
