i fill a jar with grounds (enough for a double shot espresso or more) then fill the jar the rest of the way (2.5-4oz) let it sit in the fridge for 5-11 hours depending on the grind of my beans and the strength makes a very strong oily extract great for cold coffees and quick smooth espresso
