@Alexbl100 The meaning is the same. It's a matter of semantics.

Let me set up a simple analogy. You get hit by a maroon car and an eyewitness identifies the car as a red one. The police looks at the car and says to him, "The car is maroon, not red." Then the driver of the car gets off scot-free.

Also, grammar didn't state that, the dictionary definition did.
