  • I made this, but used tenacious, over-achieving croutons. Theses crusty go- getters sucked up all the moisture from everything, making my chicken taste like a piece of flavorless baked chicken. Then, the croutons added further insult to injury by changing all my passwords on facebook, email, YouTube and online banking. You think you know a crouton...

  • Made this for dinner tonight and both my husband and I licked the plate. Quite tasty! I was a little worried that the croutons would end up hard and way too crispy but the moisture from the marinara sauce and cheese helped keep them moist. I put down a very thin layer of marinara sauce under the chicken to keep it moist and flavored from both sides. This was delicious and I'll definitely be making it again! Thanks for another great recipe, Chef John!
