success, greatness.... its all subjective to the person. don't let people tell you you won't amount to anything just because you do not think that having a well paying job and being good at it means your successful, you may be successful in that respect, however there are far more important things in life than just work!!!

The problem of motivation is very important for every employer. But there are some beautiful programs that can help. The main idea of them is to keep your mind focused by constantly motivating you with the visual images of your goals from your desktop In our company we use Ultima Motivator, each our programmer does his job better, we get more profit :) Use modern technologies even in such things as motivation.

Greatness is the ultimate goal for one to achieve. This video would be great to use for a meditation or a much needed inspirational boost.
