i am sure some of the gov officials were one of the khmer rouge, they gain power after killing people of course no one would dare to overthrow them. Hun sen never did anything for cambodia, it's been how many generations, he has so much power& money, and cambodia is still an emerging country. It took how many generations till it even reaches this level of economy.If he wasn't corrupt and has a pure heart, I am sure cambodia would be a better country way sooner than it should have been.
