Kevin: So... Ashley? You wanna dance?
Ashley: Sure! *They go out onto the dance floor*
Nick: *Turns to Selena* So... uh... you...
Selena: What? *Smiling*
Nick:*Chickens out on asking her to dance* wanna grab some punch?
Selena: *Smile fades a little* Uh... sure. *They walk away*
*Joe and Demi are the only one's left*
Joe: *Mocking Nick: So... uh... you wanna grab some punch? *Laughs*
Demi: *Laughing* Yeah nice save Nick!
*They realize what they're doing and both stop laughing at the same time*
Joe: *Smiles and looks down at her* Look at us.
Demi: *Laughs a little* This has gotten way out of hand.
Joe: *Holds out his hand* What do you say? Truths? For real?
Demi: *Looks up at him* Truths. *Shakes his hand*
*They stand there for a second*
Joe: You know i'm just kidding right?
Demi: Good! Cause I was totally lying! *Walks away*
*With Nick and Selena*
*Both are standing akwardly there drinking punch*
Selena: Uh... nice drinks.
Nick: Yeah...
*They stand there a little longer*
Nick: *Nervous* Hey you wanna dance?
Selena: *Fast* Sure!
*They both walk on to the dance floor*
Selena: *Puts her hands on his shoulders*
Nick: *Put's his hands on her waist*
Selena: *Looks up at him* So... whats up?
Nick: Nothing really... just dancing... *Smiles*
Selena: Cool. *Smiles*
*Joe and Demi*
*They are standing on opposite sides of the dance floor and they are the ONLY ones not dancing.*
Joe: *Walks over to Demi* This is emberassing.
Demi: What isn't emberassing about you?
Joe: I meant the fact that were the only two not dancing.
Demi: Where are you going with this?
Joe: *Sigh* You wanna dance? This is just too humiliating.
Demi: *Looks around and rolls her eyes* Sure...
*They both walk out onto the dance floor*
Demi: *Puts her hands on his shoulders*
Joe: *Puts his hands on her waist*
*Neither of them look at eachother and they stay as far apart as they can*
*Nick and Selena*
Nick: *Joe catches his eye* No way! Look at Joe and Demi!
Selena: *Turns around* Oh my gosh! Maybe they are getting along!
*Demi and Joe*
Joe: *Someone pushes Joe and he falls down*
Demi: *Catches him* Wow there clutzy!
Joe: Well look who's finally gotten the hang of catching people!
*They start to dance again*
*Someone else comes by and pushes Demi closer to Joe*
Demi: Gosh what's up with people tonight? *Trys to pull away from Joe but he keeps her in and she looks up at him*
Joe: *Staring at her* Wow...
Demi: *Starts staring back* What?
Joe: Look at your eyes. They're- They're- Wow.
Demi: *Looks down at their feet and starts blushing*
Joe: *Lifts her head back up with his finger*
Demi: *Get's out of the trance* Umm... I have to... go. *Walks outside*
Joe: *Confused* What just happened?
*Nick and Selena*
*Both are staring at Joe*
Selena: Wow.
Nick: Did you just see that?
Selena: Why do you think I said wow?
Nick: Go and talk to Demi. I'll get Joe.
Selena: Sarcastic: Ready and... BREAK! Nick! *Grabs his shoulders and faces then toward her* This isn't baseball.
Nick: YOU SAY BREAK IN FOOTBALL! You know what? Never mind just go.
Selena: *Smiles and shakes her head*
*Outside*
Demi: *Pacing back and fourth*
Selena: *Walks up to her* Hey pacy.
Demi: *Startled* Oh! Hey Sel.
Selena: What are you doing out here?
Demi: Umm... just thinking about stuff.
Selena: What stuff?
Demi: Just...
Selena: I saw you and Joe, Demi calm down.
Demi: Good cause I wasn't going to come up with a good excuse in time.
Selena: So...
Demi: So... what?
Selena: So what happened? And why did you just randomly run away?
Demi: I don't know what you're talking about.
Selena: You like him huh?
Demi: Iww! - psh - what are you talking about? - Joe? - psh - ... I hate him.
Selena: *Teasing her* You like him. You like him!
Demi: *Can't hide her smile* Shut up.
Selena: I knew it! What made you start likeing him?
Demi: Can we talk about this later? I don't know if I like him, or if i'm just jumpy by having his ugly face so close to mine!
Selena: There's some of my old Demi! Come on let's go back inside.
*That Night*
Nick: *Walks into Joe's room* So what's up with you and Demi now?
Joe: *Playing dumb* I don't know... what's up with me and Demi?
Nick: I saw the way you looked at her Joe. Don't play games with me.
Joe: *Smiles a little* I don't know... she just...
