mexican cartels should be considered terrorist organizations officially. This way, there is quick UN and US intervention, and the violence would be resolved a lot more quickly.,The mexican government is too corrupt and too weak to fight cartels by itself. Even the mexican military is on the payroll of the sinaloa cartel.
