@AcroSurviver there really isnt an age limit to start but its usually around 4 and you can compete until your 29 it may even be 30!

I don't like most of the explicit songs, but since I can't understand a word of this song and I like the beat, I actually liked it. And I decided to thumbs up just because of your description. :)

I understand both sides about the music. I'm a fan of Missy Elliot and really love the montage, but I know that last year a lot of gyms used your video to promote the acro program and get people interested and they won't be able to show this in the gym because of the language.
Great job on the video, I always love how you incorporate their choreography into what you do, and especially like this ending : )
