It'll make you pull your hair out.

They don't mention anything about it's amazing multi-player, co-op and counter-operative.

I don't like people who rip this game apart. It was the perfect launch title for the 360. People who pick it up now have higher standards because of Modern Warfare, Gears of War, and Halo. I bet if they played the original they wouldn't even like that even though it was definitely in the top 5 best games of its time.

i just watched it, and i totally agree. those guys DO NOT know a good game when they see one. unlike many fps games today, goldeneye and perfect dark had something special- a soul.

@SomeOnlineGamer i liked the halo trilogy better. but perfect dark is almost just as good. I think gears of war is good. modern warfare doesnt come close to the best fps, and i'd say some  fps games that come close to comparison with the halo trilogy and perfect dark are probably goldeneye, doom, and half life 1 and 2. i still need to play bioshock which i heard was really good. i keep passing it up. i also heard that the game, the darkness was good. perfect dark zero was meh. bad story...

the reason i dont like perfect dark zero is because it ruined everything about the first game. the story turned to shit. i also didnt like the shooting combat. every second joanna has to moan by getting shot once and the enemy a.i is very dumb. the level design is bad and also, it lost all the fast paced action or any action for that matter that the first game had. the gadgets were boring and dull and they ruined it. it only is 3 years before perfect dark 64 and they make it seem like 10.

it didnt influence halo but perfect dark is one of my favorite games ever. in the top 10 for sure. i like halo better. i am not too big on call of duty. i loved goldeneye. medal of honor is meh. half life is sooo awesome too. battlefield is okay. doom is a bit overrated but still fun.

I completely agree with you about how the game is awesome but it really is just a copy of golden eye, especially in the multilayer levels which are exact copies with just different textures.

But don't get me wrong I love this game!

Perfect Dark didn't inspire all FPS games. Half-Life came out in 1997, Doom in 1993-1994, and Counter Strike in 1999. Those games came out before Perfect Dark. It was revolutionary, and past its time.

@mangaas I know but it's all a joke, they were just making fun of how everyone thinks that this game is amazing. I mean, there's a part where they say the graphics are horrible but when that review was made the graphics were really good.

i would still rather play TimeSplitters: Future Perfect over this anyday. and it came out the same year. so my standards are not messed up friend.
