I just had a baby she just turned 2 months today. I'm also so used to working out and am now trying to get back into it. I had a c-section my doctor told me it was ok to start working out again. So i started jogging I want to start doing crunches and sit-ups also, i dont know if that would be ok. joggings not so bad for me i'm just hesitating on doing any ab workouts. I also have bad stretch marks do those go away or at least get lighter and less visible as I get thinner?

@16shorty21 Stretch marks are a form of scaring- vitamin E lotions may be helpful. When it comes to stretch marks I don’t know the answer.

Wow you look so good I envy u!! I jus turned 19 n I hav a 10 month old son I desperately wana lose d belly I stil hav I'm not fat bt not as thin as I'd like to b bt I hav a question if u ate boiled eggs all day did u get gassy??? N also if ANYONE knows I'm on d mirena iud birth control n it makes me super lazy n out of energy how can I overcome that???? Plz if anyone can help THNX

@xXcoNtReRasXx3 @xXcoNtReRasXx3 No eggs didn’t make me gassy at all- beans don’t give me gas either. Food and sleep are the key elements for energy. Food is our fuel and sleep is our recharge. Belly fat is a party pooper. Best way to lose belly fat is by running or some type of cardio to burn the fat off- I view fat as fuel and I use that as a mental image while I’m doing cardio- I like to do 50 crunches before I start my cardio and afterwards
