The entire Paris 1919 album is fine. I bought the LP so many years ago and it's still my favorite Cale album.

I hate how many people always associate a musician with any drug use they may have used, especially heroin or cocaine. They are so much more than the fact they did drugs. The drugs may have at some points helped and/or hurt their music and performances, but at the end of the day they were still incredibly talented individuals before, during, and after drug abuse. Cale kicked his heroin habit. There's a great documentary here hosted by Cale about all the heroin abuse in UK.

Ah, yes, guess you don't have any idea what this hopeless druggie had in mind, just in the very title he gave to this album?
