if u really want realistic fps u should shoot urself in the leg and run to a hospital,cuz there's no realistic fps when talking about wounds.Personally i would like smthing like ripping your clothes off and bandaging yourself,and swallowing a bunch of pain killers

@AnxiousPunkVideos psn pulled the game last year because of the bad ratings it received just because how short and how hard it is to unlock things if the game would be re-released it most likley would get add-ons so the game would be longer but for some reason it was pulled and no one i knew ever even heard of the game

I hate games with health packs ! as soon as your health is low and you cant find another one you know you're going to get killed soon enough and have to respawn at a checkpoint which may be 10 mins away or more. Regenerating health makes the game have an actual flow instead of running around looking for health.
