"IU - Cruel Fairy Tale" is Korean Music.

Since Korea is anti-Japan, this video feels sense of incongruity very much.

@azkeyz Actually, what they are practicing is not white cybergoth. It is a fashion known as Shiro Lolita. In Shiro Lolita, to use bright eye makeup would be distasteful. While I can see what you are saying, you are unfortunately mistaken. This sytle is ment to be based off of victorian babydoll clothing. The goggles and masks are likely steampunk, a victorian-industrial style. Lolita was created in Japan. Besides, even so, isn't going outside bounds what art is about?

The projected outlook is that japan artists like the ones in this video will adopt white-cyber-goth look without the ugly goggles and gas masks and use pinks , blue , silver , purpple , yellow , eye makeup.
