Noah Does 3 Katas at Energy Karate Grading

09/27/09 - Noah received his blue advanced belt which is half way to black and Jace received his yellow belt. In this video Noah does 3 katas Heian Sandan, Heian Yondan and Heian Godan.

I used to go there.. Stopes at blue beltMy cousin does too. but now I first tried Akido my 2friends go there and they said it was good and after my trial I learned that it's not only about attacking your oppoment And being good at it.. Thats what 90% of karate teaches u, but what Akido tought me.. True arts.That it's about deffending your oppoment asweel, but at the same time attacking them using nature with hands no strog punches or anything. as I am 13 I will need thoes teqnuiques and s
