  • Oh my, gosh! Filipinos eat the same way! We call that "kamayan." Kamayan means to shake hands, but since we’re talking about food, it would mean eating using only your hands. I love how food always brings cultures together. Well, anyways... This is a wonderful recipe! I love Indian food and Asian food in general. ^_^ Thank you, chef! =]

  • hi chef..i know no one care about the name of the dish..but still just for d information..its fish moli..not moile..its very tasty nd easy to make...King fish is best for fish moli.u can also use pomphret, golden pompano.
