The management and skill development training programs are specially designed, facilitated and conducted at AOSTC outdoor training center known as The Jungle Lodge-Alang Sedayu and other designated sites such as Awana Eco-Camp Genting Highlands, De Rhu Beach Resort Kuantan, Paradise Sandy Beach Resort Penang, Mutiara Burau Adventure Camp Langkawi and Pangkor Island Beach Resort. AOSTC can also organize the training course at clients own training center and or at designated hotel, resorts, conference center and at any designated sites requested by the client. All training program meets and exceeds the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia (Human Resource Development) training needs and training specifications.

AOSTC commences operations soon after the completion of The Jungle Lodge Alang Sedayu in 1991. AOSTC specializes in events management, strategic thinking skills, outdoor survival skills and high-ropes obstacle course training programs. AOSTC is an independent subsidiary of Asian Overland Services Tours and Travel Sdn Bhd and is fully supported by the extensive network of Asian Overland Services Tourism & Hospitality Group.

AOSTC Team Building Training programs are based on cooperative, challenge and Adventure activities that build confidence, enhance cooperation, improve and promote effective teamwork , enhance creativity, build trust, teaches critical decision making, conflict resolution, resource management enhances communication and sharpens communication skills, enhances effective feedback and problem solving skills.

Its core management team consisted of Mr. Anthony Wong acting as the master trainer, program designer and moderator; Mr. Mohamed Razikin acting as the program director and PSMB certified trainer and Mr. William Teo acting as lead facilitator and certified outdoor recreation instructor.
The core management team is supported by a pool of certified outdoor instructors and facilitators.

The Jungle Lodge-Alang Sedayu Outdoor Training Centre is located on a lush green valley 5.5 acre in size and in between two permanent forest reserve area, known as Banjaran Titiwangsa (Titiwangsa Mountain Range) and Ulu Gombak Forest Reserve.

The Jungle Lodge Camp is strategically located just 30 out of Kuala Lumpur. There is a crystal clear cool jungle stream surrounded by riparian, bamboo, ferns and the Titiwangsa Mountain Range 150,000,000 million year old tropical rainforest. The stream is still full of small freshwater prawns and fish. The Jungle Lodge was set up in 1991 by Anthony Wong, who believes in promoting a love for the outdoors through living with nature.

The area surrounding the Jungle Lodge Camp is full of history. There are many underground tunnels and bunkers build by the Malayan People Anti-Japanese Army during the war with the Japanese and with the war with the British. Currently there are two existing underground tunnels that can be explored safely under the guidance of AOSEEC trainers.

The trails used for Jungle trekking are the same trails known as the Bamboo trails that stretch from Gunung Nuang, Kemensah Hills up to Genting Highland Gunung Bunga Buah and to Janda Baik in Pahang.
