I understand why you have a misunderstanding of HBCU cheerleading. Since you didn't attend an HBCU, I ASSUME the only representation you have of what we do is on youtube, which is a misconception. The best thing about HBCUs is that we can do it ALL!!You may only see the "stomp and shake" part on here, but if you attend a game, you will see tumbling, stunting, traditional "STIFF" cheers, as well as the crowd pleasing "stomp and shake". The HU cheerleading videos on here are just our battles.

@domoent800 yea, i respect your opinion. im a cheerleader too, and the "stomp and shake" thing is different to me so i think its kinda cool. i guess thats why i was taking up for em. but yea...no salt

@teetee1324 haha i know what a cheerleader's purpose is....im a cheerleader at my university...and you are right about the hair may have been sweated out...but its still not uniform...some have ponytails some don't....im not trying to bash them...just tips from one cheerleader to another...and its important to see the make up....no dont look like a clown...but be visible....and your opinion about them is different than mine...you think they did good...while in this video i do not.....no salt

@domoent800 you do realize that the point of a cheerleader is hype up the crowd, right? and i think they did a really good job of that. and you dont know how long this game was going on for. maybe thats why they're hair is "hit". and you dont HAVE to have super visible makeup on either.
