I think it is sampled from another song. No indication from CPM as to who's voice it is.

An absolutely luscious Tech House / Minimal track by Christian Malloni. A great introduction to the genre by fans of house music who are somewhat skeptical about the Tech House or Minimal genres. Fantastic Music!!!
