1:11 touch screen or.. maybe for DOS users?

Glad that Lenovo kept the R&D team of ThinkPad and not just replace them with cheap chinese labour and turn it into a low rank laptop pump.

I have a ThinkPad T43, it is how I want a laptop to be. It starts to get old now but works perfect. I run Linux on it and it's good, I can probably use it for years to come. (only the battery is bad) Anyone have any tips on what to get if I can afford a new ThinkPad? I want it to be like the T43 but upgraded, maybe more than 2 usb ports.

I loved my pentium II IBM Thinkpad and paid £1000 for it. But when IBM got changed to LENOVO. It just sucked. Why have a name which has a brand name which sucks live the vauxhall nova famously failed in spain for meaning doesn't work. IBM went to global leader to the lower leagues because the name Lenovo sucks and you know it!

OMG, it is like the same thing over and over - IBM needs to step out of the saammmeee oolllldd box. don't get me wrong, I had a thinkpad a long time ago and loved it because of a little built-in light on the top of the screen that shined on the keyboard. But thinkpads need a little change, they are lacking soooo much innovation. It is like if nintendo kept making the same old GameBoy.
give me your thumbs up or thumbs down, wondering if others are thinking the same here.

anyone know the name of the song?
Long live the Thinkpad! Here's to another 60 million and more! (and remember never to drop the Trackpoint!)

@axtallica I think that when IBM invented thinkpad, they were disciplined enough to stick to it's core value. Continuation of innovation while sticking to it's trademark core. And that little red dot on the keyboard is one of them.
