Thank you for posting! My video is similar, but shorter. I also talked about how, after they've straightened out their student loans, borrowers can amend their prior tax returns with those "forced" loan interest payments and possibly get some differential refunds.

If they took my tax return can I get it back...? I am in defalt but have a payment arangment.
If your return is worth more than just the interest due will it also apply to the loans principal?

@Treetale Once you cover the back interest and similar fees you will start putting a dent into the principal...
