  • I'm trying to get there. I have to admit some days are harder then others. It takes a lot to go from eating meat and meat products 26 years of your life unto not eating animal or animal products at all. I'm still in the transitioning fades I guess I'm hoping my the beginning of March I'll be 100% vegan.

  • @DarkPrince1785 I know what you mean, it took me many years to get to where I am today... You are on the right path :)

  • Man, the packaged vegan foods, even from Whole Foods and such--lotsa stuff the body cannot really use (even though some of those meals are indeed delicious). Yep, I too used to be a soy addict...now, more/less only organic soy beans from my garden. I really agreed with all of the points above...except I still drink coffee...I do love coffee...I live in freakin' Colombia and have friends who sell insanely delicious organic coffee...soooo nice! 8-) Excellent video, as usual...gracias!

  • @tvswnet Yes! Soy products are addictive and they offset your hormone balance... Yumm... fresh organic soy beans, sounds delicious!

De nada, contento de que le gustaba :)

  • Yes, and let's all sell and promote battery acid that Matt Monarch brought into this country and promote all of it's health benefits too under the label Adya Clarity. I'm sure that's going to make everyone feel soo much healthier, right?

  • @rawmark I have made a video about Adya Clarity where I took it to the lab and had it tested. It's called "Is Adya Clarity Safe - Part 1". The second part is coming soon...

I run 5 /wk for 100 miles / month. I have won several running races and am getting faster every month. I do weights 1-2 per week and yoga every am. My blood tests are perfect with no deficiencies at all and my doctor says that i am hands down the healthiest person he has ever seen in his 40 years.

  • @rawmark I don't know tons about that stuff other than it has indeed caused a stir...but to me, the point is indeed then to do as much as possible straight from our diets. I've been a vegetarian for decades, but I still used tons of supplements, meds, etc. Since going mostly raw vegan, none of that stuff is necessary...and no profit-driven agendas (maybe the case with Adya Clarity? Honestly dunno). I do use food grade H2O2 therapy now and that's about it...nature really can do it for us! 8-)

  • @XedgeXgirlX You can check out some of my favorite recipes on my facebook under the Notes section. I usually start the day with fruits, large smoothie for lunch, and salad for dinner. Snack on fruits throughout the day.

  • @TheCoolVegetarian

What is your diet like? Can u please post a typical day's breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks to help us see the optimal vegan diet?

    Thanks!!!

  • @LaurelKath I don't think people, who become vegans for health reasons, don't care about animals or the environment. Maybe initially health was the main reason that made them change their diet, but it wasn't the only one.

In fact, in order to be stay vegan successfully one must have many reasons. The more reasons one has, the more likely he is to stay vegan and influence others.

If people were to see fat sick vegans, how many of them would want to try this lifestyle?
