Ok...I was wrong. Wikipedia doesn't say anything about it being capable of a barrel roll, but there are plenty of youtube clips out there to back me up!!
In the end I'm just glad that U.S., UK, Israel, Australia, etc. are allies because I've been fixing these flying tanks for almost 5yrs and I'm glade I'm on the giving side not the taking.

Saying they were designed by the British or Japanese would be like saying a 1989 Toyota Camry was designed by the U.S.A. because it was assembled here and has left side drive. To anyone who wants to disagree everything I said can be found on Wikipedia. If your going to start a pissing contest at least have your facts straight!

ok....@Dragonfloe the AH-64D can do a barrel roll too. @everyone saying this is a British design, This is one of the many designs of the same American Airframe. almost all of the American Allies(that actually fight with us ie: Israel, UK, AU, Neitherlands, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Egypt, and a handful of others. Japan, and the UK have their own company's building theirs from kits sold to them by Boing with modifications to accommodate the needs of their respective buyer.
