Nice laid back version of Linda's first hit. Written by Mike Nesmith of the Monkees.

  • The question people ask in her songs is Why is Linda not in the R n R Hall of Fame? I think she should be and I'm sure her fans will agree. I have just gone to the Hall Of Fame website and asked the question. It will be interesting what their answer is. I will post it on here and some of her other music when I get it. The site is hallfame.com. If other fans do the same maybe Linda will get the recognition she so rightly deserves, even though it is a bit late but better late than never. Gary

  • @craigronstadt I guess the thing about this site is that anyone can make a comment. it doesn't matter if someone else doesn't like it but with this site everyone has the right to reply which is why most countries in the world are a free country where you can say what you think withut fear of retribution. This is not knocking anyone else's comment, just my oppinion. This is what makes youtube a great site.

  • thank you smile this is a real treasure, love this woman

  • @DaveNelson1956 I think that might be Mike Nesmith introducing the clip. It is part of what makes this a great video.

  • @violethill Flensburg in da house!

  • @DaveNelson1956 Whats a library ?

  • Funny thing about opinions. We get to have 'em even if you don't like 'em. :) AND we still have freedom to share 'em. :) I guess you just shared yours with me, but yours was personal. Mine was not.

  • @BeverlyM52 Who really gives a s$@t about your opinion of Linda's politics. I don't think she's said anything political for about eight years now, so maybe you could lighten up a bit.

  • Love her voice...hate her politics.

  • UNLUCKY 13 or LUCKY 13???: "Different Drum" peaked at No. 13 and spent a total of 17 weeks on Billboard's Top 100 in 1967/68, it entered the charts on November 11th, 1967...

    {Was it bad luck to have stopped at #13 or good luck that it spent 17 weeks on the charts???}

    This song was originally recorded by the group Greenbriar in 1966 and over the years has been covered by no less than 12 different artists...
