SOLD: Austin Healey Sprite Mk I 'frog eye', year 1959. Colour silver metallic with a black interior and a black soft top. This very fast Sprite was fully and professionally restored (finished 2008). The car was fitted with a 1245cc engine and tuned up to 91 bhp. Modifications 5-speed gearbox, Weber carburettor, high torque starter engine, AC generator,
aluminium high capacity radiator, alumium expansion tank, aluminium rocker cover, electronic ignition, kenlow fan, disc brakes at the front wheels, special shock absorbers, Stainless Steel sports exhaust, racing clutch, larger petrol tank, roll over bar, bucket seats and 4-point safety harnesses. This Healey Sprite drives absolutely magnificent and the car is in superb (excellent+) condition. Since restoration the car has driven 2000 kilometres.
