I am a veteran (USMC 1973-1976).

VA is government run. The employees of VA Hospital are FEDERAL employees, who get paid every two weeks, which means I don't get bill for a $1000 band aid. Doctors do not have to clear it with ANYBODY when I need a procedure done.

Before I became really sick and unable to work, I had private health insurance. It took forever to get approved for the slightest thing. Why, the insurance co. was between me and my doctor!

euhm..you DO know that a public option means you choose which treatment you get...aaaaand that there is nothing writting anywhere about the government going into your bank account?

aaaand that under the republicans...the healthcare system totally went from bad to FUCKIN HORRIBLE and none of them even Mentionned reforms?

Let's inform everyone on how elections work shall we. A person who runs for office needs money for commercial time and exposure. So they ask big businesses for donations. In turn the big businesses ask the candidate to pass certain bills that will earn them big money in return. This is how it has been done from the start. If that is not corruption I do not know what is. Perry for example wants 20% flat tax. WHY? Because Big OIL is backing him. Big Oil pays more than 20% tax so they will benefit.

People in the government need to do whats good for the Country, regardless of Pride.

@restlys I DO though. Ever heard of Gerald Celente? Jessie Ventura? Bob Chapman? Glenn Beck? Ron Paul? All great ppl with different outlooks.

And Alex Jones is a voice of truth. You would be wise to listen to him. I know he sounds like a whack job and believe me iv had my doubts on him too, but hes like a Nostradamus. (Not really but you get the point)

i believe alex jones on alot of issues, i disagree with him on alot of others. the truth value of a claim is not determined by the voice you hear it from

learn to check alternative sources, and never ever have a single voice that you consider to be the sole truth....i.e. dont tell me that alex jones is godsend and i should be his sheep.
