I can't use Mystic Art.. I have the skill on my weapon.. and I'll use like Dragon Swarm (While in OVL 3/4) and hold B and nothing happens..

@BlakeDizzIe double check in the menu if the 'special skill' is actually turned on for that character...also make sure you have the 'Limit Trio' item from synthesis at shops. Press left on the d-pad for a lvl 3..do your burst art or arcane art, then hold B.

@TheNicolalov there's an item called Moon selector. You can synthesize it at item shops.
